We want you to be fully satisfied with your Bone Thugs-N-Harmony gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
